Founded in 1978, E. M. Electro-Mechanicals Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of heavy fabrication and machined components.
One of the very few in India with ISO 9001:2008 & IMS certification (Due in March 2012).

EMPL has capability to provide customized engineering and manufacturing services.

With a capacity to manufacture more than 10,000 MT per annum of precision fabricated goods, EMPL is India's leader in the covered product range.

Equipped with 60 MT of crane and a height of 17 Meters under the hook, we are well equipped to manufacture 1200 kV class of transformer tank with an MVA rating of 1200 kV.

EMPL has the best in class machines and manufacturing facilities. Equipped with an engineering department, EMPL has all the capabilities to convert CAD drawings to CAM routines facilitating.

CNC Cutting- both Plasma and oxy fuel. (Bed size 4000mmx14000mm)
CNC forming - both Bending and rolling.
Fully automated welding.
Besides the above, EMPL have lathe machines, drilling machines and milling machines.

For surface finishing and painting, all locations have Integral Shot blasting and painting facilities. The painting is done in controlled environment keeping the job dust free.

Mumbai, Malanpur, Mandideep, ABB Limited, Baroda, Machined Rollers, frames and chassis to L & T Case Equipment Ltd., Pithampur & JCB Pune.

Details of Testing Facilities:-
Material testing facilities of Chemical, Hardness, Tensile, and Microscopic are available. Non-Destructive testing of liquid penetration, ultrasonic crack detentions, Radiography is also available. Pressure testing (Pneumatic, hydraulic or oil) Vacuum testing is done at required pressure. Facilities exist for recording deformation permanent or temporary during pressure testing. Paint film thickness and adhesion test also conducted. A full fledged testing laboratory "Field Testing Station established by the Government of India" is adjacent to the works. This laboratory provides all facilities for materials and process testing.
