staff is well qualified in their respective fields.
The company has laid

system. Quality assurance plans are clearly laid out and submitted at
the time of estimation and tendering. Our products are covered by
quality plans and we have third party inspections for our products to
ensure the premium quality of manufactured goods.

qualified persons are engaged exclusively for quality management, Headed by a
person of over 25 years of experience. The organization enjoys full accreditation of ISO 9001-2000 for
the entire range of product.

Quality-Assurance
Planning:
Quality-Assurance plans are clearly laid out and submitted at the time
of estimation and tendering. The plans are clarified, changed and
approved by all the parties concerned before the start of any job. This
plan and its amendments thereof are followed through out the project.

Raw Material and
Consumables:
A strict vigil is kept at the quality of all the inputs to the system.
Test certificates for all raw materials, Electrodes and other
consumables are maintained. Co-related records with appropriate test
certificates are provided with every consignment.

In Process Control:
Records are maintained at every important stage. Dimensions are recorded
at fits, after welding and critical stages. Non-destructive testing
(Liquid penetration, Ultrasonic crack detection, Radiography and other
tests are organized and recorded).

Finishing and Surface
treatment:
Proper measures are insured so that pre-paint surface cleaning
intermediate and final surface treatments are proper and adequate.

|
Painting:
It is carried out in an isolated dust proof paint booth.
